Learn How to Meditate
This opportunity is designed to offer you tools and techniques to learn how to meditate and establish a consistent meditation practice you can take off of the mat. You will explore different meditation techniques so that you can find comfort and ease in your developing meditation practice.
Yoga Nidra is the yoga of sleep. Audio recordings available to all clients to curate rest and bring about feelings of ease and balance.
Settle into a supportive, gentle practice with props to support rest and reset. Expect long and nourishing holds suitable for all levels (note – a mobility requirement is that you are able to sit and lie on the floor.)
The goal of hatha yoga is that our bodies can be used to both charge and soothe our energy levels. We’ll explore this through simple movement, breathwork, and inner contemplation through meditation.
Intended to consciously bond with your baby, gain confidence in preparation for childbirth, feel good physically and receive the support every birth-giver deserves.
